I was born in Rochester, New York, to Canadian parents who grew up in Ontario, where most of my family still lives. We moved to Satellite Beach when I was in fifth grade, and Florida's Space Coast became home.

Life eventually took me to Atlanta, Chicago, and Northwest Indiana before I returned to Brevard County to raise my three sons. One thing never changed: my love of being near the water. From the Atlantic Ocean to Lake Michigan, I've always found my way back to it.

Living in different places has given me an appreciation for what home really means. I understand that moving, whether across the country or into a new chapter of life, involves much more than choosing a house.

That perspective is part of how I approach real estate today. I believe good guidance starts with understanding the person, the situation, and the decision—not just the property.

The Path That Brought Me Here

My path to real estate wasn't a straight line, but looking back, everything I did along the way prepared me for the work I do today.

I earned my degree in Clothing and Textiles and worked in retail buying, merchandising, and visual presentation. That experience taught me how people respond to spaces, how presentation influences decisions, and why the details matter. Today, I bring that perspective to preparing homes for sale, helping homeowners see their property through a buyer's eyes and decide which improvements are worth making.

I also earned a master's degree in Education and spent years teaching, including working in Montessori education. That background shaped how I communicate. I believe people make better decisions when they understand their options, the process, and the reasons behind a recommendation.

In real estate, those two backgrounds come together. Whether we're evaluating a home's condition, deciding what to repair, coordinating vendors, preparing a property for sale, or developing a pricing and marketing strategy, I provide practical guidance and hands-on support throughout the process.

My goal isn't simply to help you complete a transaction. It's to help you understand the decisions in front of you and move forward with confidence.
