Meet Tina Veltri

Hi, I'm Tina.

I grew up in Satellite Beach on Florida's Space Coast, right on the barrier island. This area has always been home to me, even during the years when life took me other places. I lived in Atlanta, Chicago and Northwest Indiana before eventually coming back home to Brevard County to raise my three sons.

Growing up so close to the ocean shaped me more than I probably realized at the time. Being near the water has always been important to me. When I lived in Chicago, I was just a block from Lake Michigan, and in Northwest Indiana, I lived about a mile away. No matter where I lived, somehow I always found my way back to the water.

Living in different places also gave me a perspective I probably wouldn't have had if I'd never left. I know what it's like to move somewhere new, figure out where you belong, and make real estate decisions that aren't always just about the house.

Today, I help people buy, build, sell and relocate throughout Brevard County, including families navigating the very different decisions that come with selling a parent's home.

For me, good real estate guidance starts with understanding the person, the situation and the decision—not just the property.

The Path That Brought Me Here

My path to real estate wasn't a straight one, and I think that's part of what I bring to it today.

I started my career in retail with Rich's Department Store in Atlanta, back when department stores were truly an experience. I worked in management and later became an Associate Buyer, where I learned a great deal about presentation, merchandising and understanding what people respond to.

Later, I became a Certified Montessori Directress—a formally trained Montessori educator—and went on to earn my Master's in Elementary Education. I also worked as a speaker and trainer. Teaching and training strengthened something that has stayed with me throughout my career: I love taking something that can feel complicated and making it easier to understand.

Eventually, those different parts of my life came together in real estate. It gives me the opportunity to educate, advise, negotiate, solve problems and use the visual eye I've had throughout my career—all while helping people navigate decisions that can have a very real impact on their lives.
