Buying new construction comes with a different process, different timelines, and decisions you may need to make before you ever walk into a model home.

 

I start by understanding what you're looking for, your budget and timing, where you want to live, and whether you have a home to sell. Then we can look at the builders, communities and homes that make sense for you, along with the incentives, financing options and choices that come with them.

 

I'll explain the entire process, what to expect and the timelines along the way. I'll help you ask the right questions, understand what the builder is offering, think through your choices, connect you with independent inspectors and other professionals when needed, and stay involved all the way through closing.

 

Most importantly, call me before you visit a model home or contact a builder. Builders have rules about when and how a Realtor can become involved, and sometimes that very first contact matters.

 

You don't need to know which builder or community is right for you before we talk. That's part of what I'm here to help you figure out.
