Yesterday we received a call from friends of a friend helping another friend in New York (did you get all that

) look for a home in our area.These friends had been contacting the listing agents to view homes for their friends until they were enlightened they should be using a Buyers Agent to represents their best interests.
Within the hour we were doing a video tour for the New York buyers and by the end of the day, we sent in an offer.
Since moving to LPT Realty we have been fortunate to have closed on 3 homes plus a rental, have 3 closing soon, a listing coming soon to market, another in a few months, and working with several serious buyers.
